Our premier Cabernet Sauvignon is grown by Lloyd and Lois Piercy in Echo Oregon. The soil is predominantly volcanic ash for 40+ feet deep allowing very little water for the grapes. This stresses the vines and the result is an intensely flavored fruit. This reserve is made from 2 barrels aged for a total of 30 months. 50 cases
