2019 Collusion

In the movie Sideways, the main character had a prized trophy bottle of 1961 Cheval Blanc which was a blend of Cab Franc and Merlot. We wanted to try our hand at a similar combination and after many enjoyable blending trials settled on a 45/55 blend of Cab Franc and Merlot for the blend we call Collusion. The combination is so good it should be illegal!
